Refund Policy

Subject to these terms, we do not offer refunds on the provision of services, once the samples have arrived the laboratory. Our returns period lasts UNTIL YOUR SAMPLES ARRIVE THE LABORATORY after you have paid for any service. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund after arrival of samples in the laboratory as work begins immediately the samples arrive the laboratory, whether you have received the result or not.



To be eligible to return for a refund, the testing kit must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.



Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing, as all refunds attract a management fee of £12.00.



If you need to return a testing kit, send us an email at our contact email address on this website and we will provide you with the address to return your items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. PLEASE NOTE THAT £12 MANAGEMENT FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR REFUND.


When you are returning a testing kit, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your testing kit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, other than for a faulty testing kit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
